Stab in the Back
The recent decision by the Supreme Court of the United States of America was, a stab in the back to American exceptionalism by the branch of government that was established to ensure that the legislative and executive branches of government do not exceed the limitations of power as set forth in our Constitution. In the Trump v. Barbara case, the court ruled 5-4 to allow citizenship to any and all pregnant women who can make it to American soil to pop out a kid, they do it on our northern border with Canada and on our southern border with Mexico and they do it in American territories such as the Marshall Islands and other territories.
What makes America exceptional?
We have to go all the way back to the time the American colony was breaking away from British rule. The British colony in the Americas was founded in the 1600’s and by the late 1700’s was ready to shake off the rule of the King of England. (If you don’t know any of this, thank a teacher.) the founders clearly stated in the Declaration of Independence that in America, the government was established to serve “we the people” with Constitutional limitations on all who serve. Also with two legal primases, one; we would rather have ten guilty people go free than have one innocent person imprisoned. And two; one cannot enrich themselves by breaking the law. Which brings us to the case at hand, breaking the law to enter the U. S. can be very lucrative if played right. Billions of dollars are poured into the fight by Socialists, Communists and Islamists to crush the individual rights and personal freedoms we enjoy in the United States. The world will never run short of authoritarians wanting to exploit the people. Our Constitutional limitations, if honored, minimize the opportunity to exploit we the people. As a nation of laws we reject authoritarian rule.
Kagan, Jackson and Sotomayer are stone Progressive Socialists, or “progs” and should not be on the Supreme Court. Only Constitutionalists should be ruling on the actions of the government. You can be a good constitutionalist or you can be a good Socialist but, you can’t be a good constitutional socialist. The two political philosophies are 180° apart. Roberts and Berrett join the socialists on the court in deciding that any pregnant person may step into the United States and pop out a kid and the kid becomes a citizen of the U. S. wrong, wrong, wrong. “We the people,’ demand more respect for the exceptional political system our founders set up for us. Foreigners covet our system and long to move here instead of changing the political system they are living under, which would require a battle with the endless parade of oligarchs from every corner of the world who want to subjugate us. A freeman will never accept authoritarian rule and as such must challenge all government infringements on our rights. Even our government in the U. S. must be held to the limitations of our Constitution. Attacks on our individual rights and personal freedom is a daily occurrence, embrace it never let your guard down. These are exciting times we are living in, as always, our freedoms are on the line. Our Constitution means nothing if you don’t fight for it. The 14th amendment was enacted to ensure citizenship for children of the freed slaves and the authors excluded “ambassadors and visitors” and would have surely excluded anyone who would break the law to enter the U.S. our Constitution covers “we the People” of the United States not the world but, our Socialist judges diminish the value of our rights by stretching them to cover all people and in doing so undermine our exceptional system. Socialists dominate the educational system, the media and the entertainment industry. That’s a formidable foe but, we must fight as our freedoms are always under attack. Don’t quit, the fight is so worth it.
