Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
Illegal immigration has been a political football forever. Each political party supports illegal immigration when in office and opposes it when running for office. That is until the 1960’s when the communists led by the Weather Underground took over the Democratic Party in the Chicago riots. The Democratic Party has become the Progressive Socialist Democratic Party and supports illegal immigration and open U. S. borders and wholeheartedly supports unconditional amnesty. DACA is just another subversive socialist avenue to amnesty, and part of the relentless attacks on American culture and legal system. Progressive socialism has invaded the Republican party as well, Bush, MacConnell, Markowski, Collins, etc.
In 1932, Hoover tried to convince congress to pass a permanent 90% reduction in immigration but was unable to get it passed, this was legal immigration, never mind illegal immigration.
BRACERO: In 1941, America was gearing up for WWII and the Arizona Farm Federation requested 18,000 Mexican farm workers from the U.S. Employment Service, thus began the Bracero program that ran from 1942 until 1964 with 4.5 million Mexican workers being imported. During this program, in 1954, Republican President Eisenhower created “Operation Wetback” and appointed retired Lt. General Joseph Swing to run it.

Eisenhower did. not solve the problem, if anything, it just created more resentment. This issue continued to fester until during Republican President Reagan’s term, congress came up with amnesty in 1986 and promised to secure the border. Another lie. The American Census Bureau reported eleven million illegals in our nation for twenty-two years straight, while millions poured over the Southern border. In 2005, during the globalist Bush, a reported 2.5 million people entered. This was after 9/11 when Islam attacked America killing over 3000 in one whack and 19 were Bush’s pals, Saudi’s that had over stayed visas. And another government promise to secure our borders. See 60 minutes 4/27/25 for more evidence that the Saudis were involved with 9/11. It’s on UTube.
Mexico and all of Latin America loves immigration, legal or illegal because of the remittances sent home. Money earned in the U. S. some of which is sent home, siphoned of the U. S. economy and infused into Latin American economy to the tune of over $50 billion a year.
Lost in the immigration cacophony is the fact that we graciously welcome over a million people a year into the United States, legally. We have over fifty million Americans who have relatives living in Mexico. You don’t have to dig too deep in most American families to find a connection to Mexico.
DACA was a term dreamed up by Obama to address the issue of children brought to America illegally by parents, who, by the way, were also illegal. As if children were not smuggled into the U. S. for the past eighty years. We need a new program. Obama directed CBP to not enforce immigration and border protection laws saying, “there will be consequences.” While the Right blames Obama for border failure and Islamic assistance, he was matched step by step by George Bush. Both supported illegal immigration, both supported Islam. Bush was pals with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia who helped him buy a ball team. Obama funded the Ayatollah of Iran. Trump put the brakes on Illegal immigration for the first time in eighty years only to be subverted by Biden, what Biden did on the border was nothing short of treason.
And while both political parties, except Trump, have broken laws and exploited people, the one main truth is, these poor, desperate people are exploited by Mexico, United States, farm owners and most of all Mexican Cartels that smuggle people and drugs into the U. S. I have to wonder how much Biden got paid by the Cartels to keep the border open? Bribery does not stop at the border. Obama is rich, Bush is rich, Biden is rich. By the way, Latin America has a drug problem too, we just pay more.
What to do? Starting with the hundreds of thousands of DACA children, we should offer citizenship to them if and only if Mexico offers citizenship, complete with voting rights and property ownership rights to an equal number of randomly selected Americans, change Mexico’s laws, not ours. Let us have the same effect on Mexico’s political system as they have been having on ours. We need “we the people” on both sides of our borders. We have millions of retired Americans living in Mexico and this would be a good place to start.
